I waited a while to write this review, because I wanted to be sure my gut feeling was right. I brought my Jeep Cherokee in over the summer for some knocking sounds in my suspension. I ended up getting control arms, some other bushings and a wheel bearing. Drove away and the knocking sound was immediately happening again. I sighed and just went home, as I didn't have another day to leave my vehicle there and figured I'd go home and look at things and compare to the invoice and see if everything was fixed and they just didn't know what the sound actually was. Everything looked right, so I didn't bother going back. I just had my Jeep in to another mechanic today and he noticed the control arm bushings were cracked. He said nothing to worry about really, it's still ok to drive it but it's weird that there's new control arms, and old bushings. Why would they not replace the bushings when replacing control arms? Makes no sense.
