Today I went to beavertion location to change my oil. I want say thank you to them being freindly and fast and I appreciate Richard one of the employee for his honesty.
I took my car to pass the DEQ and they did a HORRIBLE thing. They didn’t fix that they were supposed to do. They left bolts and vacuum losen, I believe they did that so I could come back and pay more. They charged me 358 dollars to do NOTHING. I’m beyond pissed and disappointed. The name of the place doesn’t match with what they “do” or they are supposed to do. They just screwed me and of course as the car didn’t pass the DEQ they told me they will fix it again trying to charge me an extra 249 dollars. So of course I went to another mechanic to see with my bare eyes that they didn’t do anything to my car. I hope they have the HONESTY they preach and give me my money back or something. I even believed Scott’s words and I trusted my car and spent a lot of money I didn’t have to “fake fix” my car. This is really sad.
very friendly and helpful - took care of me quickly
friendly and helpful
Straightforward & no BS; they're great!
Excellent customer service! I was here 4 months ago and returned being the service was exceptional! Highly recommend Honest 1 to everyone!
Bought a deal for honest 1 from Groupon And had used it a few times. I made my appointment for an oil change and didn't realize it was expired by a few months. The friendly man at the desk must have sensed my hesitation and he took the card and honored one last oil change before throwing the coupon away! The service was quick and I'm leaving very satisfied!
Stopped by honest 1 for an oil change after driving to Portland OR from Warwick RI. I liked that they didn't try to sell any extra services to me (my car was fully serviced before leaving RI) Cost was typical at $30 for conventional.
If you like parts zip-tied into your vehicle without your knowledge or even being advised something was broken on your vehicle, this is a great place to go. Also, it's your fault if you are get upset because it was.... um, "Installed".
Brake work on my 2013 Subaru Outback went as planned and results were flawless. We were treated well by the front desk staff and the technicians doing the work. My adult family members also utilize their services and are very pleased with their care. They are “customer-centric”.
