I am very happy with the service I received from H1AC. My car had an oil leak which they quickly diagnosed. They gave me the option of leaving it at the shop a little longer to ensure the leak was fixed as well as it could be which I took them up on. After getting my car back they offered to let me bring it back in 500 mi so they could put it up and ensure all leak repairs were holding for no extra cost. I will be bringing my car back here next time I need anything done.

This is a great shop - very reasonable prices and excellent service. I've been here several times over the course of the last three years and they have been consistently provided excellent service each time.

Took excellent care of me -- went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.

I came in for my morning appointment a few minutes late but still had my oil change done within 37 minutes, pretty quick, everyone I spoke with were friendly and the lounge is nice, free coffee, soda, and wifi. Only thing that disappointed me, well maybe not was that nothing on the paper work at the end showed anything regarding the "free" 21 point inspection or what fluids were topped off; I would have liked to know on the receipt (paper work given) showing this information besides the oil and oil filter. They did mention though that they would let me know if anything was wrong in person. So maybe they did it and nothing was wrong, I don't know. Besides that I was happy I got my oil change. Good experience, would recommend the place and the Groupon.

Thank you again for great service. I had to be towed to the shop and leave my car for diagnosis. The bad news was I needed a new distributor. The good news was it could be taken care of the following day. I love having a neighborhood shop where the people know me and know my car.

I couldn't be happier with the service I get at Honest 1. They never suggest work that isn't needed. They are fast, friendly and very helpful. So happy they are just a short walk away!
