I've been taking my vehicles here since the shop opened. Pete and Scotty always deliver, I feel in safe hands.

I ended up not having the work done on my car, but they were super kind on the phone, let me know all of the issues with my car and allowed me to make an informed decision on its fate.

They were very fast and efficient so my experience was overall positive. This is, however, the second time I've asked them to please check my tire pressure as my pressure warning light was on and they failed to do so. No big deal as that's not really part of the service I paid for but they said they'd do it at the front desk so.... one other thing that I'm used to from the Jiffy Lube types is a nice report of the other replaceable hardware in the car and what it's life-span is looking like, that would certainly be nice to have.

Great service, great prices. No more second opinions for me, just Action Auto Care. I have used them several times now and each time priced around before selecting Action Auto Care. They have always been fast, courteous and inexpensive. Never trying to sell me something I do not need.

I called to see if they could tape up my window for me while I waited to get the money to get my window fixed. I wanted it done right so my car doesn't get moldy. I was planning on going to them to have the work done as this is my neighborhood auto shop. They said it would cost me $120 dollars an hour to tape my window. I think this is something that should be done out of courtesy. Is it that hard that you need $120? Thanks honest one.. I won't be coming to you.
