I came here a while back to replace my rotors and fix my brakes, and I am still happy with the work they did! I feel like the manager of this particular location really cares to fix the vehicle's issues at a reasonable price. He was very kind, informative, and caring (also didn't appear deceiving in any way). I really appreciate that they honored my time and called me when they said they would. They were on top of it!! I really do not like going to car shops to fix my car issues, but I feel like I can trust this company. Hopefully my opinion of them will never change!

Both Pete and Scott were very friendly and helpful when I was having a frustrating situation. And the work was done so fast.

" Fast-& REALLY HONEST" We began going to Honest-1 exactly a year ago because they made it into the Redirect Guide for socially/environmentally responsible. They have never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. And as I waited for my car, I heard them repeatedly tell other customers, "Such-and-such is beginning to show wear, etc. but let's just keep an eye on it," instead of pushing a sale. I am very glad to be connected with them--and so is our 105,700 mile 2007 Toyota Yaris! My LOF was also finished in less than 30 min. Thank you, Honest-1!

Oil changes here are fast, easy and involve no BS or un-necessary up-selling. Great place for an oil change

"Squeezed me in " My window was broken and wouldn't roll back up. I immediately drove over to Honest-1 because they're the only car people I've done business with since I moved to Oregon. They squeezed me in at 10am spontaneously and helped me out. Pete is super nice. Thanks, guys!
