Portland Auto Repair

As is often the case with auto shops, I got to experience Honest-1's services in a less-than-ideal situation. What we thought would be a few hundred dollar repair at most turned out to be much more extensive. We told Pete what we were able to put into the car to make it work, and he made it happen. Beyond that, Pete was prompt and communicative throughout the whole process, and I felt like I was being treated fairly and with respect. If you like your car repairs accompanied by a heaping portion of condescension that leave you feeling dubious and helpless, Honest-1 is not your shop.

Fletcher said he has an extensive relationship with the business and will continue to go there.

Ryan said the business was quick and honest. They did what needed to be done without charging for random things.

Mischa said this business had a good explanation for the service provided.

"real service" Great service that you rarely see these days, combined with honest pricing and work.

Ray said this business is ok, but they are a little expensive and it took them all afternoon to get around to his vehicle. He could have gone to Jiffy Lube for $10 less and would have been done in an hour. He dropped off his vehicle in the morning at this business and they were not done until the late afternoon. He would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned previously.

Matt said that the business provided quick and good service. Pete, an employee of the business, has always been helpful over the years.
