Vivan said the business got her vehicle in on time and they did and awesome job.

Elizabeth said the customer service was good and the business was pretty honest. Her only issue was that she felt they could have been more personalized.

Johnathan said the business was well organized. He was taken care of. They were friendly and did not try to leverage extra money.

Peter said the service was good. Tthey worked him in and he was very happy with how things went. He mentioned that Pete is a great manager too.

Spoke with Travis. He said Scott was very nice, friendly and explained what was going on. He was not charged for the inspection of the vehicle.

Tawni said she felt comfortable with the staff at this business. They talked to her in simple terms. They did not push her around and she trusts them.

Honest 1 has become my go-to shop for auto repairs in Portland. I've never been upsold anything, it's always fast and reasonable. These are seemingly rare things in the auto repair world. Which is why, when my work asked me to get a truck serviced for them, I took that to Honest 1 as well. Good people. (Oh, and I never rate anything five stars, so this is pretty much a top rating.)

This is my go-to auto shop. They are fair and honest (which is good, since they claim to be the "honest one," reasonable and fast. We take our car there and I take my work's fleet vehicles there. I've never been upsold anything and I've never had any problems with them. Plus the place is clean, the guy at the desk is friendly and inclusive. It's everything an auto repair place never seems to be.
