Zoe said her family was very impressed with this business, They are very communicative, and kept her updated on the status of her vehicle. They also communicated with a previous mechanic that worked on her vehicle, and because of a complication with that mechanic, this business did not charge her for the repairs. Pete and Scott were very helpful and kind. She also mentioned her mom picked up her vehicle from this business and was so impressed that she will also recommend them.

Offer great service without gouging on the fees/costs... even found a couple minor issues and corrected those for free. I will recommend them to everyone I know in Portland

This shop has always been fair and totally honest with all the work they have done on my daughter's car. The communication regarding estimates has been fantastic. "Bad news delivered professionally " I recently came in with a used Honda I bought a few weeks back. I expected to have a few service issues, but the actual result was slightly staggering. What impressed me the most was the honesty when I was told they didn't want to take my money and work on this car. It simply would be a waste. I appreciate this honesty and even though I may have to find a new car, I feel like I can trust this shop to help me with a used car inspection. Clearly this is something I should have considered sooner.
